Refund and Returns Policy
At El Macho, we strive to provide the highest quality perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Return Policy
Non-Returnable: Perfumes are personal care items. Therefore, all products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions: Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged in transit.
- Items are missing from the package.
2. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, missing, or wrong items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must be recorded without cuts or edits, starting from the opening of the outer courier packaging to the inspection of the product.
Without an unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Process If your return claim is approved based on the evidence provided (unboxing video), we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.
